First of all, can you introduce yourself?
Hello, my name is Chloe Iffly, I am 26 years old and I am from Pau in the south west of France. I studied business in Bordeaux and I’ve been living in Paris for more than 3 years.
What is your role within TIPTOE?
In July 2019 I joined TIPTOE as part of my end-of-studies internship in marketing. I was looking for a small company with values and beautiful products. When I discovered TIPTOE, I had a real crush! At the end of my internship I was offered to become Social Media Manager. I (obviously) accepted and I’ve been working there for 3 years now. What is TIPTOE for you?
A positive brand and a passionate team with strong commitments and beautiful common values. I love TIPTOE objects. They are well thought out, beautiful and timeless. They follow me every time I move and I never get tired of the design or the colors.
Do you have an anecdote or a nice memory to share with us since your arrival?
I loved the seminar near Avignon where we spent 3 days in a gîte cycling, playing petanque, playing games, eating good food… a little vacation camp! I really like the atmosphere and the benevolence within the team. These moments outside of work are important to me.
What is your relationship with decoration and what does your interior say about you?
I’ve always loved decoration and I didn’t really know about the top brands in the furniture/design sector before joining TIPTOE. Since then, my taste for decoration has evolved and I want to invest in nice pieces that I will keep for life. My apartment is my favorite place, I spend a lot of time there. My essentials are books, magazines, plants and postcards that I buy when I travel and visit museums.
What is the TIPTOE piece to absolutely have at home, according to you?
Without hesitation a stool from the TIPTOE x Jean André collaboration. This piece is really cool and I’m a fan of the idea of engraving on solid wood. Plus, the seats are hand signed and numbered, the limited edition aspect makes the stool unique. The DUKE bench is also a great gift. I find it elegant and very practical! At home for example, I use it as a decorative bench to put plants, magazines… and it serves as an extra seat when I receive guests!

A good Parisian address to recommend?
The Franco-Japanese restaurant Cuisine, rue Condorcet in the 9th district. The products are fresh so the menu changes often and the associations are surprising and well thought. Another incredible address: Délices de Condorcet, in the same street. It is a Chinese restaurant. I’ve never eaten ravioli so beautiful and good. Go for it!
