A unique and sustainable design
TIPTOE’s mission is to create furniture that is sustainable, well thought out and well produced. In accordance with these principles, we have worked for several months to develop this new collection of recycled plastic furniture, resolutely turned towards the future of furniture.
We want to prove that it is possible to make objects from old waste that are beautiful, timeless and durable. Our challenge was to go beyond recycling by creating exceptional objects that completely forget the primary function of the plastic material!
This VENEZIA recycled plastic shelf is made from a hundred yogurt pots: this explains the white color of the tray! The colored chips, silver and gold, that come from the fragments of the lids are clues to a past life.
This is a real nod to Terrazzo, that famous mineral material, also historically made from mineral waste.
